The Mobile Workflow module connects your mobile workers with your back office. Electronic work orders flow to your mobile workers PDA, laptop, smart phone or tablet PC via wireless communication, guiding them through the entire work process. From simple to complex, each screen the mobile work sees is a step in completing his/her job at hand, from navigating to the location to view- ing customer history, everything is available on the mobile device to complete the job. Addi- tional features such as barcode scanning, RFID, printing, GPS, and camera are all supported.
